Church Council Installed

Lots of rejoicing, the Bethlehem congregation celebrated the installation of the Church Council on the Third Sunday after the Epiphany, January 22, 2012.  The installation was part of the Second Part of the Congregational Meeting where we received the pastor's annual report and reports from various ministries.  Pastor Frank presided over the installation service.  Elected officers are Lanita Buck, Council President, Judy Saxberg, Council Secretary, Marian Peterson, Treasurer.  Fellow council members are Dennis Biel, Ruth Giese, and Wilma Ward.  Our blessings and congratulations to these faithful men and women of God.  Their courage and discernment provide a strong leadership in safeguarding the integrity of our congregation.  Bethlehem is a better place because of them.  May the LORD continue to bless them in their commitment and stewardship.
